Full-Time Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager to join our STEP Strategic Program Management Organization. In this role, you will support our Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Business Operations to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Drive critical cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Align program goals with business strategy, defining metrics and milestones.
• Break down complex tasks into actionable program plans.
• Facilitate collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and implement processes and training.
• Oversee change management efforts.
• Guide and create content for executive-level meetings.
• Report on program status and risks.
• Leverage data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize AI to enhance program effectiveness and manage risks.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in leveraging AI.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven track record in optimizing processes.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience in customer-facing or management consulting roles.
• PMP certification preferred.
