We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Analyst to join Procore’s Corporate Strategy & Operations team. In this high-impact role, you will be a true business collaborator for key initiatives and problems in the company, from strategy to execution.
As a Strategic Operations Analyst, you’ll apply your operating knowledge, strategic mindset, and problem-solving skills to oversee the effective implementation of Procore’s most critical strategic initiatives and plans. This role is pivotal in translating strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensuring successful execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Corporate Strategy team to validate long-term strategy, translating opportunity assessments into plans of attack, building business cases for funding, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Owning project outcomes, regardless of reporting lines.
- Assisting in project management of cross-functional projects, for the most complex and highest-priority initiatives.
- Acting as the business owner on concurrent initiatives, while independently seeking areas of opportunity across the business.
- Developing, maintaining, and advancing the Strategic Operating framework, including progress and outcome reporting to executives and across the business.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic execution, operations, implementation, transformation, corporate strategy, or operational roles with significant responsibility for strategic projects.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, deriving actionable, measurable insights and strategies from open-ended questions.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex strategic projects, preferably with experience in Go-to-Market, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with various stakeholders across levels of seniority and functions.
- Ability to influence and align with high-level stakeholders to ensure business alignment and change embedding.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with comfort with ambiguity and proactivity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Compensation: $90,400 - $124,300 (base pay range) + Bonus
