Role Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets).
• User-Centricity: Empathy for users and instilling a user-first mindset in the team.
• Technical Skills: General familiarity with software development processes, and payroll system experience is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability: Leading in a fast-paced product-driven tech environment.
