Senior Systems Administrator This is a contract-to-perm opportunity.This is a fully remote role (preference for candidates local to Marlborough, MA).About this PositionWe’re looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support business operations within a logistics group. This is a unique opportunity for a technical professional with strong project management and systems experience who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll handle system testing, issue resolution, documentation, and drive continuous improvement alongside business and IT partners. If you have a logistics or retail background and thrive in detail-oriented environments, this could be the right fit for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Support application deployments and onboarding processes.
- Manage post-change validations to ensure updates meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT to test and communicate system patches and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by end-users.
- Create and maintain documentation for new processes, SOPs, and key business decisions.
- Coordinate efforts across Logistics, IT, and vendors to resolve system-related issues.
- Lead and support project management tasks on large initiatives, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines.
- Facilitate continuous improvement efforts to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Skills/Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across teams.
- Hands-on experience with system testing, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with trade compliance systems (e.g., Datacart) is a plus.
- Logistics and/or retail industry experience preferred.
- Preference for candidates with longer tenures at previous roles.
Additional Information
- Fully remote; candidates in the Marlborough, MA area may be asked to come into the office quarterly.
- Contract-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential.

Pay Range
$50–$55/hour
