Responsibilities
- Define, build, launch, and iterate on complex product features.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Translate AI concepts into user stories and technical specifications.
- Orchestrate collaboration across departments to create sales decks, rollout strategies, and operational workflows.
- Work autonomously and take ownership of product decisions.
- Use data analytics and AI model performance metrics for product iteration and optimization.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI development.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Technical Product Experience
- 3-5 years of Software Development
- 1+ year startup experience
- Strong communication, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and technical acumen
- Ability to understand complex systems and logic, follow engineering discussions
Nice to Haves AI experience (chatbot, voice AI); Call center & telephony systems experience
