Affirm is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee programs and streamline processes. You will help develop processes and frameworks for building quality software, and evaluate new technology developments.
- What You’ll Do:
- Drive complex technical programs.
- Coordinate across engineering teams and non-engineering stakeholders.
- Understand technical implementation and propose alternatives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks.
- What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
- Organized and strategic approach to collaboration.
- Track record of stakeholder management.
- Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.
