Full-Time Senior Technical Program Manager

Our Technical Program Manager bridges the gap between technical teams and business objectives, ensuring seamless delivery of complex software solutions.

Responsibilities include defining project scope, setting timelines, mitigating risks, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend engineering delivery team stand-ups, release planning meetings, and stakeholder meetings.
• Revise product delivery plans, negotiate with stakeholders, and update client-facing roadmaps.
• Present upcoming quarterly plans to the executive team.
• Monitor test case execution and develop contingency plans.
• Develop and implement best practices to enhance the SDLC.
• Oversee portfolio of initiatives, ensure milestones meet plans, and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with leadership on product and delivery strategy.
• Report on success metrics, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage complex dependencies and risks between engineering teams, escalating issues to leadership.
• Guide, facilitate, and close technical discussions.
• Facilitate retros to drive continuous improvement.
• Report on key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Advocate for change in program management and deliver best practices.

Skills and Experience Required:

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading projects spanning multiple teams.
• Experience in creating schedules, making critical decisions, tracking risks, and communicating with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating across teams to evolve standards, engineering processes, and developer productivity tools.
• Experience in developing, measuring, and reporting metrics to improve software development processes.
• Foundational technical knowledge and modern SaaS architecture, development, and operational experience.
