CLARA Analytics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to transform the insurance industry by orchestrating complex cross-functional programs. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to deliver multi-quarter initiatives that impact how insurance carriers process claims.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead cross-functional programs to deliver AI/ML initiatives.
- Own quarterly roadmap planning and coordinate execution.
- Provide regular reporting on program health and risks to executive leadership.
- Manage customer delivery accountability.
- Maintain sprint plans and coordinate dependencies.
- Establish metrics and accountability systems.
- Maintain resource view across teams to optimize allocation.
- Drive process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
- 4+ years working with executive leadership.
- 4+ years managing customer delivery accountability.
- 3+ years building resource planning and capacity optimization.
- 3+ years establishing program metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Expert-level program coordination skills.
- Strong technical awareness of AI/ML development cycles.
- Production experience with program management tools.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements.
Preferred:
- Experience with insurance claims processing systems or healthcare data programs.
- Experience managing customer-facing AI/ML product launches.
- Experience building TPM or program operations from scratch.
- Understanding of insurance industry challenges.
