Job Summary:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs.
- Project Planning and Execution: Create detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track project deliverables, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of program management experience in cloud/SaaS software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud/SaaS software delivery model.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Github, Excel, Smartsheet, and Powerpoint.
- Experience with Grafana, Aha, and Jellyfish is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
