Job Details
Senior Technical Project Manager 1 will support multiple projects within Global Consulting Operations, collaborating with technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Focus on Unit 42's Digital Forensics and Incident Response engagements, and Proactive Service engagements.
Report to the Manager for Unit 42 Security Consulting Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Communicate directly with clients.
- Maintain and update status reports for external clients.
- Identify and escalate project issues and risks.
- Partner and guide technical team members.
- Ensure project task execution and progress monitoring.
- Deliver quality solutions exceeding client expectations.
- Partner with consulting leadership for staffing needs.
- Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to budget and time frame guidelines.
- Look for opportunities to increase client satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectations and conflict resolution.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of professional project management experience, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, or related technical fields.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Ability to lead large-scale projects and ensure on-time execution and documentation.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize, solve problems, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and Clarizen preferred.
- Previous direct client/customer consulting experience preferred.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $120,000 - $193,500/year.
- May include restricted stock units and bonuses.
