About the Role We seek a Technical Recruiter to support our growing engineering team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role offers substantial visibility and impact as we double our engineering team size in the coming year.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align them with candidate profiles.
- Deeply understand candidate needs and motivations.
- Effectively source candidates using various methods.
- Propose innovative strategies for difficult recruitment challenges.
- Craft compelling candidate communications.
- Leverage data insights for effective recruitment strategies.
Compensation We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 USD, independent of location, along with equity compensation (ISO options) with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
