Full-Time Senior UI Designer

Description

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web, mobile responsive, and app experiences • Collaborate with product managers and UX researchers to understand user needs • Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure UX/UI best practices • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma • Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and standards • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other UI designers • Work within an agile environment, participating in two-week sprints • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a design team in a tech company • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in creating, building, and maintaining design libraries • Experience working closely with development teams • Experience designing for web, mobile responsive, and native apps • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise and design decision explanations • Great attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills
