Facet is looking for a Senior UX Copywriter to shape the user experience of our products by crafting engaging copy. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive and informative experiences for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Craft jargon-free, concise, user-friendly, and performant content for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers from ideation to launch.
- Advocate for content decisions in cross-functional and executive reviews.
- Participate in rapid experimentation and user testing.
- Transform user insights into effective and engaging content solutions.
- Write and edit a wide range of content.
- Evolve and maintain content style guides including brand voice and tone.
- Partner with legal and compliance to ensure content adheres to regulations.
Requirements:
- Online portfolio of UX writing samples required.
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior UX Copywriter for a consumer product.
- Proven experience conducting user research.
- Experience in the Financial industry is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
