Full-Time Senior Vice President, Operations

Echo Base is a private holding company pursuing special situation control investments in the digital assets space. Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies.

Job Overview:The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving measurable results across the organization. This position requires a hands-on, results-driven professional with strong organizational skills and a product-focused mindset. RevOps professionals with deep operational experience will also be considered for this role. The ideal candidate is experienced in leveraging modern technologies, to drive performance and operational efficiencies. Experience in technology or fintech operations is essential, and familiarity with crypto or blockchain is a plus.

What You Will Do:

1. Operational Management & Execution: Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with organizational objectives. Develop and implement systems and workflows that leverage cutting-edge technology including AI/ML tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes. Maintain hyper-organization across teams and operations, ensuring all initiatives meet timelines, quality, and performance standards.
2. Performance Measurement & Improvement: Establish and track operational metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to evaluate and improve team performance. Drive results through a product-bias approach, ensuring operations align with broader business and product strategies.
3. Infrastructure Scaling & Resource Management: Assist in building scalable frameworks and systems to support business growth and evolving priorities. Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize operational efficiency.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with department and team leaders to ensure operational strategies align with product goals. Partner with other departments to enhance communication, solve challenges, and foster shared accountability.
5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor operational team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide strong, detail-oriented leadership to ensure organizational goals are met.
