Full-Time Senior Visual Designer

As Senior Visual Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our platform’s visual identity, applying your design expertise across every phase of the process—from research to wireframes to visual design—crafting the moments that make players' hearts race.

From the anticipation of a spinning slot to the celebration of a massive win, you'll design experiences that rival the excitement of Vegas while pioneering new possibilities in Web3 gaming.

• Create visually stunning iGaming interfaces that capture the thrill of gaming while maintaining clarity and usability
• Design memorable "moments of delight" including win celebrations, bonus triggers, and achievement unlocks that players want to share
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language that scales from mobile slots to desktop live dealer games
• Push creative boundaries with cutting-edge motion design and micro-interactions that set new standards for mobile gaming
• Collaborate with the Principal Designer to extend our design system with reusable components that maintain excitement at scale
• Work directly with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth performance across all devices
• Research and prototype new visual directions that differentiate us from traditional online casinos

• 5+ years of visual/UI design experience with exceptional portfolio showcasing gaming or entertainment work
• Mastery of motion design with proficiency in After Effects, Principle, or similar tools for creating satisfying feedback
• Deep understanding of colour psychology, visual hierarchy, and how to create excitement without overwhelming users
• Balanced responsive design expertise with proven ability to create compelling experiences on both the large and the small screen
• Strong technical skills in Figma with experience building and maintaining component libraries
• Passion for gaming and understanding of what makes experiences feel rewarding and fun
• Ability to work within established design systems while finding opportunities for new creative expression

• Direct experience designing slot games or casino interfaces
• 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema4D) for creating game assets
