Full-Time Senior Web Application Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple direct-to-consumer digital projects. This role requires strong collaboration skills as you'll partner with development teams across various departments.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Program Management.

1. Lead and operate autonomously. Make strategic decisions ensuring project outcomes align with company goals.
2. Ensure Agile adherence. Be the voice of reason, collaborating with teams on crucial decisions.
3. Develop strategic project plans. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to guarantee success.
4. Coordinate with departments. Build relationships with key partners to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
5. Lead teams to agreement. Achieve consensus across departments for managed projects.
6. Develop junior PMs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
7. Stay current. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements to integrate solutions into project management practices.
8. Maintain organization and transparency. Build trust within the company through clear communication and processes.
9. Exercise autonomy. Solve complex problems and remove obstacles effectively.
10. Facilitate Agile ceremonies. Conduct sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
11. Coach on Agile best practices. Improve team productivity and outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years managing web and mobile app development projects (direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or FinTech).
• Experience leading and promoting agreement and accountability across teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
• Experience with the Product Operating Model.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification (preferred).
