Full-Time Senior/Staff Program Manager

At Engine, we’re transforming business travel. To help us scale effectively, we’re hiring a Senior/Staff Program Manager to drive coordination, execution, and delivery across our product teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end program management for product delivery.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement efficient processes.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to translate roadmaps into actionable plans.
• Drive stakeholder management by proactively communicating status.
• Own and optimize tools such as Jira and Asana for program tracking.
• Support cross-functional initiatives.
• Create clear, concise documentation and communication plans.
• Participate in planning cadences.
• Balance multiple priorities and context-switch effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing program management teams.
• Proven track record in program management within product engineering organizations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and lean environments.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong operational discipline with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Comfortable with tools like Jira and Asana.
• Outcomes-driven mindset with a focus on defining and measuring success metrics.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Experience managing performance and coaching team members.
