Full-Time Service Delivery Leader

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience working on software development projects within cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in customer service, resource planning, teamwork, and quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience with Support & Maintenance teams is highly desirable.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for teams' ongoing deliveries (ensure resources for high-quality delivery).
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, improving satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery.
• Manage budgets for each team.
• Achieve client goals, aligning the team with requirements.
• Support people development and well-being (team morale, career progress, workload).
• Manage conflict, identify team improvements, deliver feedback, and establish action plans.
• Receive and solve client concerns, seek feedback, and develop action plans.
• Ensure effective communication between teams and Applaudo areas.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities.
• Manage expectations and escalate issues outside capacity.
