Full-Time Service Delivery Leader

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience working on software development projects within cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in customer service, resource planning, teamwork, and quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience with Support & Maintenance teams is desirable.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for teams' ongoing deliveries (ensuring the team has all the resources to deliver high-quality work).
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to improve satisfaction.
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery.
• Managing budgets for each team.
• Achieving client goals by aligning the team with established requirements.
• Supporting team members' development and well-being (team morale, career progress, workload).
• Managing conflict, identifying team improvements, delivering feedback, and establishing action plans.
• Receiving and solving client concerns, seeking feedback, and developing action plans.
• Ensuring effective communication between teams and Applaudo areas.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Managing expectations and communicating limitations.
