Mirantis is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to help customers unlock the full potential of our solution, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring they get the most out of our industry-leading solution. The SDM must have a strong understanding of our Customer’s business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining deep relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with various Mirantis teams to ensure growth and increased footprint.
- Ensure that the customer experiences an easy onboarding process of our service and drive platform growth and strategic adoption.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and act as the primary escalation point to ensure swift resolution of critical issues.
- Manage your workload properly to make sure customer requests and issues are tracked and handled in a timely manner.
- Occasionally be on call during weekends and holidays.
