Service Manager (with German and English)
In Inetum, we continue growing and expanding our team. This time, we are looking for a Service Manager position for an important Public Administration project.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all services associated with the ICT Workstation (ICT Workstation Support, Project Management, Documentation Management, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Quality Management, and Service Levels). You will need to lead and generate an impact on a mixed team (on-site and remote), as well as on clients and suppliers.
You must have general and technical knowledge in the ICT Workstation area (Workstation Security, Asset Management Tools like System Center/Microsoft Endpoint, Intune, M365). You must have experience in managing ICT Workstation-related projects, as well as in implementing and managing IT services according to the ITIL framework.
Required qualifications:
- Finished University Degree corresponding to MECES level 2 or 3 (Technical or Higher Engineering Studies in Computer Science or Telecommunications).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT environments.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
- Valuable: ITIL v4 Certification.
- Languages: English and German
