Job Details
The Service Project Manager manages complex projects for security equipment. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, applying Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) practices, and enhancing project definition and execution. They lead design reviews, planning, governance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate on project plans.
- Lead a cross-functional team.
- Prioritize tasks and manage resources.
- Understand revenue models and cost projections.
- Forecast project milestones and revenue.
- Create and manage project schedules.
- Manage project risks and team roles.
- Manage project budgets and deliverables.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Provide SOW comments and cost estimates.
- Identify revenue sources and control costs.
- Comply with export control and security regulations.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years deployment management experience.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
- 5+ years of experience with TSA ILS/SESI programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of CAS compliance and safety regulations.
- Proven Project Management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
