Contractor ServiceNow Consultant

Position: You will join the Global Tooling teams, focusing on ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to platform evolution, module integrations, project development, automation, AI implementation, upgrades, and ITSM interconnections.
• Develop and customize using Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, JavaScript, and Data Querying.
• Contribute to ServiceNow module evolution (ITSM, SPM, CSM, etc.).
• Support version upgrades and new module implementations.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Resolve minor issues and handle evolutions.
• Automate recurring tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Share experience and be proactive within the team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
• ITSM Specialist and ITIL v3/v4 certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST web services, data querying, Workflow Designer, and Flow Designer.
• Mastery of ACLs.
• Experience with upgrades/cloning is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• Two successful experiences as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Prior experience in Infrastructure Services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
• Strong motivation.
