Contractor ServiceNow Consultant

Position: You will join the Global Tooling teams, specifically the ServiceNow teams. You'll contribute to platform evolution, module integration, new project development, automation, AI implementation, platform upgrades, and ITSM interconnectivity.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in major platform development projects.
• Develop and customize using Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, JavaScript, and Data Querying.
• Contribute to ServiceNow module evolution (ITSM, SPM, CSM, etc.).
• Contribute to version upgrades and new module implementation.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Handle minor issues and incident resolution.
• Automate recurring tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Share experience and be proactive within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
• ITSM Specialist and/or ITIL v3/v4 certifications are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST web services, data querying, workflow designer, and flow designer.
• Mastery of ACLs.
• Experience with upgrades/cloning is beneficial.
• Strong independent work and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• Two successful experiences as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Infrastructure Services experience.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
