Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
- Manage CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Asset Lifecycle processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools for automated asset tracking and operational visibility.
- Develop workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance ITAM/ITOM functionality.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IAITAM/ITOM certifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align asset management with business needs.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Hardware/Software Asset Management).
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM), ITIL v4, or IAITAM (CSAM/CAMP).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, cloud assets, and license management.
- Scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and integration experience (APIs, MID Servers).
