About the Role: As the Principal Architect, you'll drive ServiceNow platform evolution, revolutionizing software delivery for internal teams and business users. Expertise ensures platform scalability, GenAI capability adoption, and best practices across instance strategy, governance, integrations, and technical health. This defines how our company works and delivers transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Leadership: Define strategy, adoption, and process improvements for the ServiceNow platform, empowering internal customers.
2. Thought Leadership: Mentor teams in advisory and delivery roles, focusing on process and platform improvements.
3. Governance and Strategy: Drive technical governance, establishing standards for platform architecture, data integrity, integrations, and technical health.
4. Problem Solving and Vision: Solve complex challenges with innovative solutions, leveraging platform understanding.
5. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Facilitate discussions with senior leaders to define strategic business cases, identify measurable benefits, and align platform objectives.
6. Software Delivery: Translate requirements into designs, implement clean, scalable, and reusable code, and enforce best practices.
7. Innovation: Design and implement new platform features and maintain existing ones to drive continuous improvement.
8. Documentation and Training: Create clear documentation and conduct training sessions for emerging ServiceNow features and practices.
9. Domain Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform capabilities to evangelize a clear vision and strategy.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• 12+ years overall technical experience in software development.
• 5+ years experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years architecture experience on the platform.
• Deep ServiceNow capabilities, integrations, and GenAI features, creating innovative solutions based on best practices.
• ServiceNow certified CAS and CAD (preferred).
• Proficient in ServiceNow solution architecture, designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• API Management proficiency in REST and other web service protocols.
• Strong coding abilities in JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead, and drive organizational adoption of new platform capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
