Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Project Manager

Career Opportunities: Lead and guide technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. Manage large, complex professional services projects, leading, coaching, and mentoring teams to ensure project success.
Impact: Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Define project scope, objectives, and communication plans. Plan project stages and assess business implications. Monitor progress to meet deadlines, standards, and cost targets. Assign resources, timelines, and schedules. Facilitate meetings. Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope. Mitigate risks and dependencies. Manage solutions using Agile and iterative methodologies, and project management tools. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects. Monitor milestones and deliverables; resolve problems. Develop and manage WBS of information technology projects. Submit project deliverables, ensuring quality standards. Prepare project status reports. Ensure quality control. Measure and report team progress.
Experience: 8-12 years business experience, 5+ years technology project/program management, ideally with Agile Project Management experience. Strategic planning, resource allocation, and project process monitoring experience. Experience detailing schedule reports. Proficiency in project methodologies. Experience managing projects throughout execution, adhering to scope, budget, and timeline. Oversight of project economics, cost benefit, and ROI. Strong understanding of ServiceNow. Strong communication, facilitation, attention to detail, risk assessment/mitigation, and team leadership skills. Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and with ambiguity/change.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. PMP certification. Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred. ServiceNow experience preferred.
