Full-Time ServiceNow Technical Expert (SPM)

Main Responsibilities:

• Translating business requirements into ServiceNow features, focusing on minimizing customizations.
• Collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect on design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions, employing best practices.
• Delivering ServiceNow SPM implementations (Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management, Resource management, Integrations with EAP and/or JIRA for delivery).
• Reviewing and optimizing implementations by other developers, ensuring low customization, optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Developing enhancements identified during UAT and reviewing existing designs for improvement.

Technical & Functional Experience:

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience. EAP experience a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio, and Resource management in ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and core features (applications, shared capabilities, CMDB).
• Experience with integrations with 3rd party tools (APIs and Integration Hub).
• Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.

Professional Skills:

• Knowledge of Project Management processes and Agile methodology (like SaFe).
• Understanding of release management and code versioning best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Specification writing: clear documentation of functional requirements, inputs, outputs, solutions, alternatives, high-level design, and integrations.
• Experience with technical and functional testing, including script writing and execution.
• Experience working in SCRUM.
