Role: SharePoint Admin/ SME

The Collaboration Services team is driving the Modern Workplace, focused on improving the end-user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Function as the Subject Matter Expert for Fitch’s M365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.
• Responsible for the day-to-day engineering and support of core Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Azure/Entra AD.
• Drive the enterprise-wide migration of disparate file share systems into SharePoint Online.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology partners to integrate M365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint and Teams) with business applications and processes.
• Drive integration of 3rd party governance and provisioning tool (AvePoint) for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with a specific focus on SharePoint.
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, and Microsoft security.
• Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI) is a plus.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting AvePoint Cloud Governance and Policies is a plus.
