Tietoevry Create is looking for a Site Access and Control Manager for a client in telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Site Access Process: Ensure smooth site access across teams and locations.
- Share Knowledge: Provide clear information and training on site access.
- Keep Data Accurate: Maintain correct and up-to-date site access information.
- Work with Site Owners: Build relationships and solve access problems.
- Manage Portals: Take care of online portals for site access management.
- Control Access Lists: Keep track of and update site access lists.
- Handle Keys: Maintain records of physical key storage and distribution.
- Coordinate Logistics: Ensure proper handling of shipments to and from sites.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in site access management or related roles.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher).
- Strong understanding of access control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with online portal systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
