About the RoleThe Behavox Platform is a scalable, fault-tolerant storage and processing system. We have APIs for clients to work with millions of data items.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of production systems.
Responsibilities:
- Deployment and maintenance of high-load, distributed systems in public clouds.
- Monitoring, developing, and troubleshooting applications to resolve issues.
- Leading incident support and being part of the on-call team.
- Automating routine operations using Python/Golang.
- Maintaining cloud services in GCP/AWS.
- Administering and troubleshooting Linux operating systems and networks.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years experience as an SRE/DevOps engineer.
- Experience with Public Clouds (GCP/AWS).
- Knowledge of Google cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub or similar AWS technologies (preferred).
- Automation skills - SaltStack or equivalent tools (Ansible).
- Programming languages (Python, Golang, Java).
- Experience with Hashicorp stack: Terraform, Nomad, Consul, Vault.
