Job Details
YOUR IMPACT:
- Design, maintain, and improve observability systems, including alerts, dashboards, service discovery, and metrics pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues.
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and alerting strategies.
- Automate observability infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes Operators.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and integrate observability checks.
- Empower product teams to adopt proactive incident prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams.
- 2+ years of experience with monitoring and observability systems.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python and/or Node.js.
- Solid understanding of AWS service and core networking concepts.
- Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex monitoring issues.
- Clear and calm communication skills.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Helm.
- Practical understanding of SLIs/SLOs and incident alerting strategies.
- Ability to analyze and debug production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and observability dashboards.
