Full-Time Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll join the development team for the upcoming online racing simulator, RENNSPORT.

Your key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and operating RENNSPORT's server and service infrastructure. Collaborate closely with team stakeholders and the Competition Company group to deliver a seamless online experience for players.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing scalable, resilient online infrastructure
• Managing and automating deployment pipelines for online services
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing online services
• Redefining deployment/debugging workflows and technology stacks to meet ambitious goals
• Collaborating with game developers and backend programmers
• Managing incidents and participating in on-call rotation

Your profile:

• Strong self-organization and autonomous work capabilities
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and clearly communicate ideas to team members and stakeholders
• Enjoyment of working in a small, collaborative team that values new ideas, learning, and experimentation
• Curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience in designing, analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Strong preference for automation and orchestration in system implementation and maintenance
