Full-Time Site Reliability Engineer

Role: Develop and maintain infrastructure, collaborating with developers to enhance processes. Specifically seeks expertise in observability.

1. Create and maintain hybrid Kubernetes clusters.
2. Implement and manage observability stack (CNCF landscape).
3. Prepare deployments for production.
4. Optimize infrastructure and tool scaling for cost-effectiveness.
5. Support developers in implementing observability.
6. Document technical procedures and policies.

Experience: 5+ years on rapidly growing product, focusing on scalability. Strong experience with PromQL, OpenTelemetry, and self-hosted stacks. Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization. Experience with CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub). Knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python, Go), databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Patroni), UNIX/Linux, networking (e.g., DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS), and fluency in French and English.

Profile: Proactive, agile, autonomous, tenacious, pragmatic, supportive, and curious. Thinks critically before coding, solves problems collaboratively, and ensures high-quality work standards.

Compensation: €55K to €75K base salary + BSPCEs.
