Collaboration between Operations and Development begins before the first line of code is written. 1. Enhance Developer Workflows: Design and implement productive developer workflows, focusing on automation.
2. Continuous Integration & Deployment: Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
3. Environment Design: Collaborate on the design of shared production and non-production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
4. Data Security: Develop and implement processes to protect customer data, aligning with best practices and compliance standards.
5. Incident Management: Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergencies and ensure system reliability.
