We are an IT company, JATAPP, creating products used by millions globally. Our portfolio includes over 20 products in niches like Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education.
We seek a Site Reliability Engineer to join our largest product, a cross-platform VPN service, which currently supports over 10 million users.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management: Using Ansible, Salt, Terraform, etc., to provision and update infrastructure.
- Stack configuration & support: Implementing monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).
- Designing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining: Networks, public cloud environments, and internal tools.
- Participating in Linux system lifecycle management.
- Automating infrastructure management using IaC tools.
- Supporting, scaling, and optimizing infrastructure.
- System analysis, incident response, and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining infrastructure with highest security standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or related role (Network Engineer, Network Architect, DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Nagios).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong Linux system administration & optimization knowledge (Debian, Ubuntu; performance tuning, troubleshooting).
- Deep understanding of networking & security concepts (VPN, proxy, firewall, iptables, iproute2, SSL/TLS).
- Solid troubleshooting & incident response skills in high-availability environments.
Nice to Have:
- In-depth knowledge of VPN protocols (OpenVPN, IPsec, IKEv2/IPsec, WireGuard).
- Understanding of advanced networking concepts affecting VPN performance and routing.
