Keeper is hiring a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our DevOps team.
This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure and tools for CI/CD and reliable software deployment.
- Ensure high availability and performance of production systems, monitoring critical services to prevent and resolve outages.
- Manage infrastructure automation, leveraging tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
- Support security audits and compliance efforts (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and release pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to system performance, software reliability, and capacity management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Contribute to monitoring and alerting systems.
- Promote a culture of reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure management tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
- Solid experience with Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows systems, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and incident management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
