YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Evaluating, designing, implementing, and improving our AWS Platform Services using cloud principles and technologies.
- Adopting a DevOps mindset and evangelizing "You build it, you own it" with conviction.
- Collaborating on decisions for programmatic integration of systems and processes.
- Deeply investigating and finding the root cause of any issue.
- Participating in on-call rotations and being available for escalations.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Several years of experience in Cloud infrastructure, Microservice architectures, and security best practices.
- Leading complex initiatives to continuously improve Platform Services for developers.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Ansible.
- Proficiency in AWS services like EKS, RDS, and Open Search.
- Knowledge of Go, Java, or Python programming.
- Monitoring and observability experience.
- Strong English skills.
