This position helps shape, execute, and scale ServiceNow's employee volunteering program, connecting social impact with the business.

The Skilled Volunteering Program Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Employee Volunteering and works closely to build a global skilled volunteering program.
- Build a company-wide skills-based volunteering program (pro bono) by matching employees with nonprofits and small businesses, leveraging their skills for impact.
- Curate an end-to-end skills-based volunteering program for technical and non-technical roles.
- Gain business insights to ensure program uniqueness for ServiceNow.
- Draft communications to drive participation and awareness of volunteering opportunities.
- Assist with logistics for individual, team, and cohort-based volunteering initiatives.
- Collaborate with Leadership & Development teams for a multi-dimensional program.
- Support engagement with volunteer vendor partners.
- Document volunteering operations and drive continuous innovation.
- Partner with communication and talent brand teams to share employee volunteer stories and amplify the culture of giving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in skilled volunteering
- Experience building a skilled volunteering program
- Experience in program management
- Demonstrated passion for corporate responsibility, social impact, philanthropy, and community advocacy
- Track record of successfully working with global stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional presence, adaptability, tolerance, and creative problem-solving
Compensation: $112,200 - $196,400 base salary plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits (location dependent).
