We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Community Manager to lead the charge in building and engaging our crypto community.
This role is critical in establishing our brand on Twitter, Telegram, and beyond, while fostering meaningful relationships with our audience and influencers.
- Community Growth:
- Launch and grow our presence on Twitter and Telegram, with plans to expand to other platforms.
- Build relationships with crypto enthusiasts, fostering a loyal and engaged community.
- Content Creation:
- Leverage AI tools to create witty, professional, and tech-savvy content that aligns with our brand tone.
- Develop and execute engaging content calendars tailored to each platform.
- Engagement:
- Actively interact with community members, answering questions, sparking conversations, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase participation and reach.
- Partnerships and Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and thought leaders in the crypto space.
- Collaborate on partnership opportunities to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
- Strategy and Reporting:
- Develop data-driven strategies to enhance engagement rates and community growth.
- Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Passion for and knowledge of the crypto industry.
- Proven experience managing social media and/or online communities.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and familiarity with analytics platforms.
- Strong ability to maintain a sassy, professional, and tech-oriented brand voice.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building communities from scratch.
- Connections within the crypto space (bonus if you’ve worked with influencers or partnerships before).
