Full-Time Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
• Oversee content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture a strong online community.
• Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, ideally for e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

Requirements

• Required Tools & Skills
• Experience: 3+ years in social media management or a related role.
• Platforms & Tools: Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
• Analytics Expertise: Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
• Paid Campaigns: Hands-on experience in creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Preferred Tools & Skills
• Design: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually compelling content.
• Video Editing: Experience using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Project Management: Knowledge of project management tools such as Notion or Asana.
