In this position you get to take part in collaborative efforts that are literally producing user-friendly software for all types of applications around the world.

Responsibilities

• Follow test plans and instructions.
• Identify accessibility defects.
• Test accessibility compliance and validate assistive technology compatibility (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Screen Magnifiers, Dragon Naturally Speaking).
• Test web sites and ecommerce systems, mobile applications, and mobile web sites.
• Duplicate and characterize defects.
• Assist the design team in failure analysis.
• Assist the project management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a structured test environment (preferred)
• Experience with assistive technologies (preferred)
• Experience with braille (preferred)
• Strong computer skills
• Good writing skills
• Knowledge of mobile applications on iOS and Android
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good work ethic
• Team player
• Willingness to learn and try new things
