Job Description: As a Software Engineer at Didask, you'll be part of the product team building a next-generation Learning Management System (LMS) and a new Learning Assistant. You'll have a large scope of ownership to solve end-user pain points, shaping the best solutions by collaborating with Product Managers and Designers. You'll bring these solutions to life through system design, architecture, coding, and ensure successful product launches. As a senior member, you'll focus on product security, reliability, and performance by directly impacting the codebase, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to the product roadmap, identifying opportunities based on advancements in technology and the EdTech market.

Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, React, Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Rivet, Jest, Playwright. Cloud-based hosting (Qovery). Observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, Langfuse, and Gentrace.

Profile Requirements: "Senior plus" positions focusing on project ownership. Recent experience as an Individual Contributor in a product-oriented company (B2B SaaS preferred). Strong familiarity with the JavaScript ecosystem, demonstrated coding ability, and a T-shaped profile (full-stack mindset with expertise in one area). A strong sense of ownership, ability to make decisions, and demonstrate team spirit. Strong communication skills. Passion for technology and its application in education.

Interview Process: Written application answering questions using your own words. Screening interview, take-home exercise, technical interview with engineers, final discussion with CTO/Product Manager.

Remote Work: Fully remote, requires a timezone close to Paris and suitable work conditions. Currently only hiring French tax residents.
