- Build high-impact cloud software.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, design, support, and engineering teams.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Oversee team operations including resource planning, hiring, mentoring, and development.
To succeed in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in application development.
- A minimum of 2-3+ years leading diverse, distributed engineering teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, or JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in domains such as PRM or CRM is a plus.
