Full-Time Software Product Manager Coordinator

Double the Donation, founded in 2011, provides cloud-based fundraising software for nonprofits and educational institutions. We help organizations increase revenue through corporate matching gift and employee volunteer grant programs.

We're seeking a Software Product Management Coordinator/Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events with the development team.
• Create and maintain product documentation.
• Organize meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Process product feedback into actionable suggestions.
• Write product communications (emails, blogs).
• Assist with website launches and wireframing.
• Administer security training and pursue certifications.

Requirements:

• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in writing various content.
• Experience in website development and information security is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong written & verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
