JOB SUMMARYWe’re looking for a Software Project Manager to oversee 4–5 concurrent software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and quality standards. This role requires managing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on client communication and internal team coordination.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage multiple software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as the primary client contact, owning communication and delivery updates.
- Gather and clarify business requirements, transforming them into tasks for technical teams.
- Collaborate with development and design teams, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and maintaining momentum.
- Define, implement, and optimize project processes.
- Facilitate agile rituals (standups, planning, retrospectives).
- Use ClickUp for task management and tracking.
- Use Zoho for CRM or project tracking (optional).
- Create and document scalable processes for project execution and client delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years experience in software project management.
- Proven ability to manage 4–5 projects concurrently.
- Experience leading the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum preferred), PSM a plus.
- ClickUp experience preferred.
- Internal process creation and refinement experience.
- Zoho familiarity (CRM or PM tools) a plus.
