What You’ll Do
As a Software Project Manager, you’ll own projects end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple software development projects.
- Creating and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Coordinating communication between engineering, product, design, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Running agile ceremonies.
- Tracking and reporting project progress.
- Driving collaboration across distributed teams.
- Championing best practices in software development and agile project management.
Who You Are
You’re a confident, detail-oriented project manager. You bring:
- 4+ years of experience managing technical software projects in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead distributed, fully remote teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
- Technical literacy.
- Experience managing projects in multiple domains.
- Availability to work core hours: 9 AM – 6 PM GMT.
