We are seeking an experienced Solution/AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our advanced AI-driven enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both solution architecture and artificial intelligence, with the ability to bridge technical innovation with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the overall architecture of our AI-enhanced enterprise platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with federal requirements.
- Lead the integration of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools to optimize platform functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities within the interface, including AI-generated call notes, assistor bots, and contextual data retrieval.
- Develop strategies for automating repetitive tasks and data entry using AI technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with the Enterprise Security Audit Trails team to incorporate robust logging and monitoring capabilities into the integration.
- Partner with stakeholders to align new processing systems with the approved design of the client enterprise architecture model.
- Guide the design of a "single pane of glass" interface that integrates all identified use cases and supports seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with Ethics/AI Governance SMEs to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Full Stack Developers.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level AI systems.
- Deep understanding of AI integration, including natural language processing, machine learning, and large language models.
- Experience with low code/no code development platforms and their integration with AI technologies.
- strong knowledge of data architecture, API design, and system integration principles.
- Familiarity with federal compliance requirements for AI systems and cybersecurity standards.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Java, RESTful services, and cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
