Solution Engineers are highly skilled technical professionals with in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, and Cloud systems. Their expertise extends to the Domino platform, which they use to guide and optimize customer AI strategies.
Successful AI implementation goes beyond technical proficiency, requiring a holistic approach focusing on people and processes. This involves collaborating closely with customers to design and implement solutions aligning with their unique business needs.
Responsibilities include implementation, enhancement, integration, and optimization of Domino deployments.
Impact areas include:
- Building custom solutions for customers integrating with Domino to enhance the experience.
- Collaborating with the Domino team to prioritize features and address feedback.
- Creating reproducible artifacts addressing recurring client needs.
- Achieving mastery in at least two Domino components (e.g., Keycloak integration, DMM).
- Leading customer training sessions.
- Soliciting customer feedback to improve solutions.
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 1+ year client-facing consulting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Dask)
- Kubernetes cluster building, management, and debugging
- Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of managed Kubernetes solutions (EKS, AKS, GKP)
- Programming experience (Python or R)
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
