Job Details
Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers, you will work with our Spanish customers.
For independent or medium-sized retailers, working closely with the sales teams in the area, present VusionGroup solutions and gather customer requirements.
Assemble, lead and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for the roll-out of independent or medium-sized retailers.
Monitor projects using shared tools, ensuring that deadlines are met and costs controlled.
Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues (technical, integration, upgrade requests and installations).
Support the rest of the team in the development of upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customer.
Requirements:
- 3/5 years of higher education with a strong IT dimension.
- Initial experience in project management and/or IT (development, network, etc.).
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Organized, tenacious, efficient, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner.
